Fenny Su

Fenny Su currently serves as a Delivery Consultant at ERSG Ltd, focusing on permanent recruitment within offshore wind networks while leveraging bilingual skills in Mandarin and English to facilitate communication between global clients and local talent. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist at STMicroelectronics, as well as internship and assistant positions at the Imaging division of STMicroelectronics and the National Academy for Educational Research, where Fenny contributed to the Taiwan English Capability Database. Fenny also has experience as a part-time assistant within the Ministry of Education's Digital Learning Mentoring Programme during undergraduate studies, complemented by a Bachelor of Education from the University of Taipei and ongoing Master of Education studies at National Tsing Hua University, specializing in Education and Learning Technology.
