Mitch Sieverts has over 40 years of work experience. In 1980, they began their career as a Call Center Representative at the Eugene Register-Guard Newspaper. In 1985, they joined HP as a Software Engineer in the Support Systems Lab, where they prototyped and experimented with new technologies and co-designed and developed a set of client-server tools. In 2010, they were recruited by Autodesk as a Senior IT Project Manager, Enterprise Information Services - Channel Partner Solutions, where they led the development and migration of the Autodesk Channel Plans and Fund Management solutions to Salesforce. In 2012, they became a Project Management Consultant at SMCI, where they took over project management and the Scrum Master role to migrate the Copart member buyer website. In 2014, they joined Copart as a Senior Program Manager, Planning & Program Management Office, where they program managed two major enterprise initiatives. In 2017, they joined SMA America as a Senior Project Manager O&M. In 2020, they became a Sr. Manager – IT & Business Systems Development at Erthos.

Mitch Sieverts has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Oregon, which they obtained between 1982 and 1985. Mitch also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oregon between 1980 and 1985. Additionally, they hold certifications from the Scrum Alliance, PEOPLECERT, Six Sigma Global Institute, Project Management Institute, and Scaled Agile, Inc.
