VP of Solar Architecture at Erthos

Peter Addy, P.E. has a wealth of experience in the engineering field. Peter began their career in 2008 as an Electrical Engineering Manager for Westlake Reed Leskosky Inc., where they directed an electrical engineering group of 15 engineers, designers, and draftsmen to design systems for hospitals, performance theaters, historic buildings and schools. Peter standardized engineering processes, means, and methods across teams, and improved design output in time and quality by 40%. In 2011, they transitioned to Stantec Consulting, Inc. as an Electrical Engineering Manager. In 2012, they joined GE Oil & Gas as a Senior Facilities Engineering Manager, where they directed SSA facility project planning and implementation, and strategized, designed, and implemented the merger of two companies: Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas in Africa. In 2020, they joined the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Senior Electrical Engineer, where they executed quality code and specification compliance review for all Electrical designs by third party contractors. In 2021, they became the VP of Solar Architecture for Erthos, Inc.

Peter Addy, P.E. has a diverse educational background. Peter received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from California State Polytechnic University. Peter then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same university. Lastly, they earned a Master of Business Administration in Global Management (Executive Program) from Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition to their educational background, they are also a certified Data Center Energy Practitioner from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and a Professional Engineer (PE) from the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration.
