Stephen Picone is an experienced leader in operational excellence, quality, manufacturing, and engineering. They held various roles at First Solar from 2008 to 2020, including Manager of Change Management Systems and Senior Manager of Operational Quality & Analytics. Currently, Stephen serves as the Senior Director of Quality & Reliability at Erthos and has previously been the Vice President of Quality & Operations at Sunfolding. In addition to their professional accomplishments, Stephen is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering at the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Engineering, Enterprise Systems, Innovation, and Management at Arizona State University.
