John Tan

John Tan serves as the Chief Education Officer at ErudiFi since February 2021, overseeing initiatives that enhance access to education through affordable financing options across Southeast Asia. As a Board Member, John contributes to making higher education more accessible in the region. Additionally, John is an Obama Leader in the Asia Pacific with the Obama Foundation, focusing on leadership development in the region, and holds the position of CEO and Founder of Doyobi, a platform that provides live online learning for youth. John is also a Transcend Fellow, Chairman and Co-Founder of Saturday Kids, and a board member at Ninja Van, with a significant investment background as an angel investor and partner in various venture capital firms. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Economics from UCL and a certification in Full Stack Web Development from freeCodeCamp.
