Values

There is no sacred cow

In french, il n'y a pas de vache sacrée. Anything can be challenged and replaced, as long as it serve general interest and inclusion. In other words, if you don't like what you do or see, change it. However, please keep in mind it shall be rational, by-default benevolant, empathic, and of course, serving freedom and privacy.

Act methodically, explain with simple words.

In french, Agir méthodiquement, expliquer simplement. You must keep a written-based, methodic, almost scientific approach. A written hypothesis, a described experiment, a deep analysis of the results. However, your results must remain simple and understandable by anyone. As Einstein said: "Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler." One last thing ! (thanks, Steve) Your research can (and should be) thorough, maybe even complex. It's this way we see the best discoveries come up ;)

Wild ideas sometimes change the world. Don't fear to be singular.

In french, les idées folles changent parfois le monde. Ne craignez pas d'être singulier. Did you know ? "Singularity" was one of the most important discoveries of Albert Einstein, back in 1915, when he published his work on general relativity. The idea is that gravity is the deformation of space-time in the presence of energy. When gravitational phenomena become extreme, spacetime can give rise to the emergence of gravitational singularities.

Ideas flow, Decisions shape

In french "Un foisonnement d'idées... Jusqu'à la décision." We looooove ideas. Let them flow, let them come to you. One of them (or plenty) might be the most brilliant one you get. However, when the time comes, act on your dreams. And give your choices and decisions a 100% shot. Maybe it will take time and baby steps. Remember to celebrate them and don't discourage yourself.

Learning to last, Designing to include

In french : Apprendre pour durer, Designer pour inclure By being continuously curious, by learning any chance, we get to see and analyse the challenges and joys of our users, and of our market. This continuous learning gives us the key to be able to continuously adapt to everyone and to every situation. In short, the world changes, so stay tuned, and remain current.
