Jeff White

Jeff White is the Chief Commercial Officer for the Americas at ES Group, where they currently oversee a $70 million luxury bathroom fixtures manufacturing business and are responsible for internal sales and marketing functions as well as P&L accountability for a $5 million e-commerce unit. With a strong background in strategy, marketing, and leadership, Jeff has held key positions at organizations including USG and Microsphere Labs, where they significantly drove growth and innovation. Jeff earned a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Finance from DePaul University. Their extensive experience includes advisory roles and executive positions, marked by a consistent record of turning around underperformers and launching new business initiatives.
