Paul Conover

Paul Conover is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles across various regions and industries. Currently serving as President for ES Group, overseeing operations in the Middle East, RoW, and Marmite USA since February 2023, and previously as President of the Americas Region at The Engineered Stone Group from March 2020 to February 2023. Conover has held significant positions such as Vice President at Marmite Sp. z o.o. and IAC Acoustics, and President at GEA Group, where notable achievements included implementing strategic management changes and doubling sales budgets in South America. With a career beginning in 1985 at Otis Elevator Co., Conover has developed extensive expertise in market development, company strategy, and operational management, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University in Marketing, Computer Science, and Spanish Language and Literature.
