We refuse to submit “blind” mail out offers which will not be honored, or renegotiated prior to closing.  Instead, we analyze a property prior to making contact so any offer we make will be dependable.  Experience has taught us that this provides the maximum value to the owner, who will receive a comprehensive summary of their property to ensure they are fully aware of the interests we are offering to acquire.
