Vic Lord

Vic Lord is the Head of Media Production at ES3, Inc., where they oversee all aspects of video production, ensuring projects align with organizational goals. Previously, Vic served as the Director of Production and Lead Producer at DYNMC Creative, LLC, managing client relationships and project timelines. They began their journey in media with a B.A. in Media Arts & Technology from Michigan State University, where they produced their first feature film, *Some Are Born* (2014). Vic's diverse experience includes working as a founding employee at Handshake, contributing to its early growth, and gaining vital skills during internships with Such Video Inc. and Quicken Loans. Vic continues to innovate in independent filmmaking, recently producing *Hayseed* (2023).
