Eleanor Attan has extensive work experience in talent development and organizational development roles. From 2020 onwards, they have served as the Director of Global Talent Development at ESAB. Prior to that, they worked at Towne Park as the Director of Organizational Development and as an Organizational Development Business Partner. Eleanor also worked at Inovalon as a Talent Development Manager, a Talent Development Specialist, and a Training Coordinator. Eleanor's earlier experience includes serving as an Italian Language Tutor and Coordinator at Penn State University and working at the U.S. Department of State, specifically at the U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy, within the Economics Department.
Eleanor Attan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community, Environment, and Development from Penn State University. Eleanor also holds a Master's Degree in Business from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In addition to their formal education, Eleanor has obtained several certifications, including a Brain based coaching certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2022, a Facet5 certification from Facet5 Ltd in 2022, and a Crucial Conversations certification from VitalSmarts in 2021. In 2020, they obtained a Situational Leadership II certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies. Eleanor became Hogan Certified by Hogan Assessment Systems in 2018 and obtained an Influence Style Indicator (ISI) certification from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in the same year. Eleanor also became a FEBI Certified Coach in 2016.
