Eric De Man has extensive experience in the welding and consumables industry, currently serving as Sales Director for The Netherlands and North Belgium at ESAB Nederland B.V. since January 1992, with prior roles including Country Manager, Regional Consumables Manager, and Key-Account Manager & Product Manager Consumables. Before joining ESAB, Eric served as an Engine Mechanic for the Dutch Flying Navy from September 1982 to August 1988. Eric holds a degree as an International Welding Engineer from Hogeschool Utrecht and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Hogeschool Windesheim, as well as ongoing education in welding and commercial skills.
