Eric Xi

Eric Xi has over a decade of experience in research and development, management, and engineering within the industrial sector. Since May 2012, Eric has held various positions at ESAB, including Global LIP R&D Director and North Asia Product Director, along with serving as Head of R&D China and Engineering Manager. Prior to joining ESAB, Eric worked at Siemens Energy as an IPT leader from March 2010 to May 2012, and at Flenco Fluid System S.r.l. as a Project Manager from May 2005 to March 2010. Earlier experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at Shanghai Haogao Technology from September 2003 to May 2005. Eric obtained an MBA from Ningbo University (2014-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Inner Mongolia University of Science & Technology (1999-2003).
