Jay Henderek

Jay Henderek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jay is currently working as a Sales Director at ESAB since May 2023. Prior to this, Jay held various roles at Apex Tool Group, LLC from 2014 to 2023, including Senior Manager, National Accounts, National Account Manager, Account Development Manager, and Territory Sales Manager. From 2006 to 2014, Jay served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.

Jay Henderek holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminology and Business Administration from The College of New Jersey. In 2020 and 2021, they earned a Certificate in Business Analytics from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management from Wharton Executive Education, starting in 2022.
