Jiří Schejbal

Jiří Schejbal has an extensive background in HR and operations management. Jiří currently works at ESAB as the HR Director Operations Europe and has been in this position since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior HR Manager at ESAB EE Operations starting in July 2019. Before joining ESAB, Jiří was the Head of HR at GCE Group from June 2018 to July 2019. Jiří also gained HR experience at Stora Enso, where they held various roles including HR Specialist, People Development, and Internal Trainer, Management Assistant from 2012 to 2018. Jiří started their career at Hranipex as a Sales Assistant from September 2011 to February 2012.

Jiří Schejbal holds a degree of Mgr. from the Faculty of Science, Humanities and Education at the Technical University of Liberec. Jiří has also obtained additional certifications, including "Lead through People 2.0" from DuPont Sustainable Solutions in 2016, "Human Rights" from Enact Sustainable Strategies in 2014, and "Leadership" from CEB, now Gartner, in 2013.
