Jon Hofmann

Jon Hofmann has a diverse work experience, starting from their current role as the Product Management Director at InduSuite since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Product Management Digital Solutions at ESAB starting from November 2020. From September 2015 to November 2020, they were a Management Consultant at Goovinn AB, where they focused on developing strategic direction, commercializing new solutions, and improving existing portfolios for clients. Before that, they held various positions at ESAB, including Head of Aftermarket responsible for aftermarket strategy and R&D Portfolio Manager overseeing project management and resource allocation within R&D. Jon also worked as a Program Coordinator at ESAB from October 2010 to November 2012. Prior to their time at ESAB, they served as a Management Consultant at Triathlon from May 2006 to September 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Diplomand at Semcon Project Management from August 2005 to January 2006, and as a Logistic Responsible at Scanlube from May 2005 to September 2005. Jon also worked as a Production Planner at Scanlube from May 2004 to September 2004.
