Jonathon Mench has over two decades of experience in the welding and manufacturing industry, currently serving as Sales Director for the Great Lakes region at ESAB since June 2002, after holding various positions including Account Manager for Southeast Michigan, Regional Sales Manager, and Territory Sales Manager. Prior experience includes two internships as a Welding Engineer with American Axle and Manufacturing, where responsibilities involved troubleshooting robotic welding work cells and developing destructive testing processes. Early career experience includes working as a Production Welder for Watson Engineering Inc., specializing in GTAW of automotive exhaust manifolds. Jonathon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering Technology from Ferris State University and a two-year welding degree from the William D. Ford Vocational Center.
