Kevin Johnson has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Kevin has worked as the Chief Financial Officer at ESAB, a global fabrication technology company, where they oversaw the finance function and led global business service hubs. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Colfax Corporation, where they were responsible for investor relations and FP&A. Johnson also held various positions at Howden, including Chief Financial Officer, Global Financial Systems Director & ERP Programme Director, and Regional Financial Director. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant performance improvements and successfully completed major acquisitions and implementations.
Kevin Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Social Science from Queen's University Belfast in 1999. Kevin went on to complete their Master of Accounting at Macquarie University from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Kevin earned their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from CPA Australia in 2008. Kevin is currently pursuing an MBA at UHasselt.
