Thomas "TJ" Bolek is currently the Senior Director and Head of Legal for ESAB North America. They have previously served as Legal Counsel at Colfax Corporation and founded Bolek Legal Consulting, LLC, where they provided legal services for international operations. TJ has extensive legal experience, having worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and as a Summer Associate at Kramon & Graham, P.A. They earned their Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
