Vasanth Marimuthu

Vasanth Marimuthu is a Senior Metallurgy Research Engineer at ESAB since April 2022, specializing in global research and development. Prior to this role, Vasanth worked at Tube Investments of India Limited from September 2018 to March 2022 in engineering and development focused on metallurgy. Vasanth also held the position of Senior Engineer for New Product Development at Lincoln Electric from August 2016 to January 2018. An internship was completed at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in December 2015 to May 2016, which involved a master’s degree final year project. Vasanth holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Industrial Metallurgy from PSG College of Technology, obtained from 2014 to 2016.
