Michael Sapiro, PsyD, currently serves as a Research Fellow and Consultant Facilitator at the Institute of Noetic Sciences since January 2011, and as Co-PI at The Institute for Love and Time (TILT) since January 2020. Additionally, Sapiro has been part of the teaching faculty at the Esalen Institute since April 2016, leading classes, workshops, and retreats focused on human potential and transformation. As a Clinical Psychologist at Maitri House Yoga, LLC since July 2007, Sapiro provides private therapy sessions with an awareness-based, insight-oriented, and goal-focused approach for veterans, active duty service members, individuals, and couples. Sapiro is also the Managing Director and Owner of a venture that offers international yoga and cultural retreats, Thai cooking workshops, and consultation for large organizations. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Clinical Psychology-PsyD and Master's in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in English Studies and Creative Writing from Illinois State University.
