Lori Laybourne has extensive work experience in marketing, with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing. Lori is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at eSalon since August 2022. Prior to this, Lori held various leadership roles at Rodan + Fields, starting as the Vice President Loyalty + CRM from May 2020 to December 2021, and then transitioning to the role of Vice President Digital from December 2021 to August 2022. Before their time at Rodan + Fields, they worked at StubHub as the Head of Global CRM from February 2020 to May 2020, and earlier as the Global CRM Lifecycle lead from May 2019 to February 2020.
Lori also has experience in the field of lifecycle marketing, having worked as the Director, Lifecycle Marketing at Lumos Labs (Lumosity) for a short period in early 2019. Prior to that, they held senior management positions at Gymboree, where they served as the Senior Director CRM, Customer Insights and Analytics from April 2018 to January 2019, and as the Director CRM, Customer Insights and Analytics from December 2015 to April 2018.
Before joining Gymboree, Lori worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as the Director Global CRM for La Mer from June 2012 to December 2015. Lori also gained experience as a CRM Manager at Intermix from June 2010 to June 2012, and in various direct marketing roles at Saks Fifth Avenue from January 2004 to June 2010, including Manager, Customer Marketing Insight, Asst. Manager, Direct Marketing, and Coordinator, Direct Marketing.
Lori Laybourne pursued their education at the Fashion Institute of Technology where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Direct Marketing. Lori then enrolled at Baruch College, completing their MBA in Marketing and International Business between 2006 and 2008.
