Thomas MacNeil began their career in 1996 as a Systems Administrator at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works. In 1997, they moved to TRW Space & Electronics as a Software Developer and Email Operations. In 2000, they became Manager of Web Development at Vegas.com where they rearchitected the web infrastructure, re-implemented the DoubleClick ad management system, integrated third party data sources, and converted the AP news feed. In 2002, they took on the role of Manager of Messaging Operations at Experian, where they updated the anti-spam/virus infrastructure. From 2006 to 2015, they worked at PriceGrabber.com as Vice President of Technology, Senior Director of Software Development, and Director of Technology Operations. In 2017, they became Chief Technology Officer at eSalon, where they are always looking for the very best people.

Thomas MacNeil obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from California State University, Northridge in 1996. Thomas also holds a RYT500 certification from the Yoga Alliance, which they obtained in August 2015.
