Fatih Dağbaşı

Fatih Dağbaşı serves as the Technical Services Manager at Esan, where they possess in-depth knowledge of underground methods and cut-fill techniques in metallic mining. With over four years of management experience in underground operations, they have played a pivotal role in developing and implementing successful production strategies, achieving an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons. Fatih has significantly contributed to operational excellence by innovating drilling and blasting techniques, particularly for underground production and ventilation shafts. They hold a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety from İstanbul Esenyurt University and a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University.
