Selin Özmen is a Quality Manager currently at Almesan Alüminyum, where they oversee the Integrated Management System and implement quality improvement parameters informed by statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. With past roles including Quality Specialist and Management Systems Expert at various companies, Selin has extensive experience in document management and statistical process controls. They hold a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a double major in Mechanical Engineering from Kocaeli University, alongside a master's degree in Quality Management from Sakarya University, all of which they are pursuing simultaneously.
