Serap Gürsoy

Serap Gürsoy is an HR Executive with over six years of experience in human resources within corporate international companies. They hold a bachelor's degree in International Trade and a double major in Customs Management from Trakya University, as well as an MBA from Gebze Technical University. Currently, Serap works as a Human Resources Business Partner at Eczacıbaşı Esan, where they oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Previously, they held HR roles at Procter & Gamble, Beyçelik Gestamp, and Nitto Denko, advancing expertise in various HR functions across multiple regions.
