Dilşat Çal

Dilşat Çal is the Head of Finance at Eşarj, where they transitioned from the role of Finance Manager in 2025. They previously served as a Financial Controlling and Reporting Team Leader and Specialist at Enerjisa from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, Dilşat worked as a Financial Control and Reporting Specialist at Roketsan and held the position of Financial Controller at Selex ES Inc. They began their career as a Finance Specialist at TAV Airports from 2008 to 2010. Dilşat holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Hacettepe University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the same institution.
