Thomas Hollerer currently serves as Process Lead R&D at esarom and holds a position as Technical Co-Founder at Peng Peng Booch. Since December 2019, Thomas has been a lecturer at the Management Center Innsbruck, focusing on quality assurance in food technology and nutrition.
