Thomas Hollerer

Thomas Hollerer currently serves as Process Lead R&D at esarom and holds a position as Technical Co-Founder at Peng Peng Booch. Since December 2019, Thomas has been a lecturer at the Management Center Innsbruck, focusing on quality assurance in food technology and nutrition. Previously, as a Senior Beverage Developer at Red Bull, Thomas was involved in the global development of energy drinks and other concepts, overseeing projects from inception to production. Thomas's professional history includes roles in product safety and quality at Josef Manner & Comp. AG and hands-on experience in gastronomy as a Chef Garde manger. Educationally, Thomas possesses a Master of Science in Technical Management from FH Campus Wien and a Bachelor of Science in Food and Bioresource Technologies from MCI. Additionally, Thomas participated in a startup workshop at the National University of Singapore.
