Michael Casey

Michael Casey is a safety manager for the Contracting Partners Group at ESB Networks, where they lead a team of safety assessors and auditors while managing contractor approvals and incident investigations. Michael began their career as an electrician in the industrial and commercial sectors before joining ESB in 2001, where they built and maintained high voltage substations and later supervised staff in various roles. They have also served as an HV operations planner and system performance supervisor, focusing on operational management and compliance. Michael holds a Level 7 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from Technological University Dublin.
