Stuart Lipper is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in the energy and automation sectors. Currently serving as the Contracting Programme Interface Manager at ESB Networks since September 2024, Stuart previously held the position of Senior Electrical Engineer with ESB from August 2021 to October 2024. Prior roles include Electrical Engineer at Modular Automation, Electrical Engineer and Substation Design Engineer at ESB International, and various positions as an Industrial Electrician with O'Hara Engineering and DC Engineering. Stuart's educational background includes a BSc Honours in Electronic Systems (Automation) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Automation and Robotic Systems from Limerick Institute of Technology.
