Peter Cerny

Peter Cerny has had a diverse range of work experience. Peter started their career as the Sales & Marketing Manager at ABA of Germany in 1992, where they were responsible for sales in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Eastern Europe. Peter then moved on to Trelleborg Building Products as an Area Sales Manager, specializing in sealing strips for windows and doors in Eastern Europe. In 1995, they became the Export Director at Bilatlas AB, handling the export sales of security products to European markets.

Peter then joined Isaberg Rapid AB, where they held several roles including Global Marketing Manager, Vice President of the European Sales Operations, Head of the Tool Product Division, and finally, Vice President of the Office Products Division. In these roles, they had full P/L responsibility for the respective divisions, overseeing sales, distribution, marketing, finance, and product development.

In 2005, Peter became the Managing Director of JH Tidbeck AB, an engineering company in Sweden, where they also served as the CEO of their trading subsidiary in Norway. Peter then moved on to NIBE AB as the Export Manager for the Export Department within the NIBE Energy Systems Business Area. Later, they became the Head of International Sales Operations, responsible for eight sales companies and the International Sales Department.

In 2019, Peter joined Proton Group as a Board Member, a privately-owned industrial group in Värnamo with businesses in the automotive, lighting, and surface treatment industries. Peter also serves as a Board Member at Be-Ge Företagen AB, a family-owned company group with operations in multiple countries.

In 2016, Peter took on the role of CEO/Managing Director at ESBE Group, a leading valve and actuator manufacturer with a presence in multiple countries.

Most recently, in 2022, Peter became a Board Member at Business Sweden, an organization that helps Swedish companies expand their global sales and supports international companies in investing and expanding in Sweden.
