Wei Li

Wei Li is an accomplished chemist with extensive experience in molecular biology and DNA nanotechnology. Currently serving as Director of Chemistry at esBiolab since August 2020, Wei Li previously held roles at Agilent Technologies as Senior Scientist of NGS, focusing on the development of new next-generation sequencing platforms. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral position at Caltech, where Wei Li led projects involving DNA-based chemical reaction networks and contributed to cargo-sorting DNA robots. Wei Li's academic background includes a PhD in Chemistry from Arizona State University and a BS in Chemistry from Peking University, where significant undergraduate research was conducted, culminating in a published thesis on organic synthesis methodology.
