Claire Imhoff is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Responsable Recherche et Développement at ESCAL since January 2018, where responsibilities include the development of frozen product ranges and management of a team of five. Expertise encompasses project management in product development, formulation, industrialization processes, and quality assurance, with an impressive track record of managing around 60 projects annually.
