Claire Imhoff

Claire Imhoff is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Responsable Recherche et Développement at ESCAL since January 2018, where responsibilities include the development of frozen product ranges and management of a team of five. Expertise encompasses project management in product development, formulation, industrialization processes, and quality assurance, with an impressive track record of managing around 60 projects annually. Prior to ESCAL, Claire held the position of Développeur Produit/Process at Bonduelle, focusing on the development of canned and frozen vegetable and plant protein products. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at ITERG, where research on the impact of refining on pesticide residues in vegetable oils was conducted, along with internships at Bonduelle, Schaal Chocolatier, and Teesside University. Claire Imhoff holds an engineering degree in food science from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie, de Physique et de Biologie de Bordeaux, complemented by a DUT in Chemistry.
