Florence ICHTERTZ is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality management and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as Chargée Qualité Clients at ESCAL since September 2021, Florence supports clients with product specifications, technical inquiries, control plans, and traceability information. Prior to this role, Florence held positions at Bretzel Burgard, including Chef de Projets Qualité Produits - Etiquetage and Chef de Projets R&D, where responsibilities encompassed quality system improvement, development of nutritional tools, product labeling optimization, and management of new product development from conception to production.
