Anitza Rodriguez

Anitza Rodriguez has been in the workforce since 2018. Anitza began their career as a Medical Clerk at Hospitales HIMA•San Pablo. In 2019, they joined Escalate Sciences as a Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Escalate Sciences and Escalate Life Sciences. In this role, they are responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process for US and Puerto Rico Operations in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotechnology Industry. Anitza also develops strategic partnerships with hiring managers across the enterprise for sourcing and recruiting the best talent.
