David Johnston is an experienced research professional with a significant background in qualitative research. Currently serving as the Director of Qualitative at Escalent since April 2002, David oversees research studies that tackle both tactical and strategic issues across various product and service lifecycles. Prior to this role, David held the position of Senior Research Executive at MORI from April 1995 to March 2002. David holds a BA hons degree in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Reading, earned between 1992 and 1995.
