Mithun Kasla

Mithun Kasla is currently the Director of Research Operations at Escalent. Previously, from 2005 to 2019, they served as a Global Project Manager at Ugam, leading a team of 29 in managing market research projects across various domains and geographies. Before that, they held the position of MIS Manager at Imercius Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from 2003 to 2005, where they began and successfully implemented the MIS processes. Mithun has also worked as a Senior Manager at dentsu from 2022 to 2023. They are pursuing an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at DY Patil University.
