Previously, Pearson held key leadership roles including Director of Data Solutions at MultiScale Health Networks, where they developed a next-generation healthcare data platform, and Senior Director of Analytics at Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, managing significant efficiency improvements. As a founding manager at IBM Client Engineering, Pearson implemented agile and innovative sales strategies that significantly boosted performance.
