Shelly Wolfson

Shelly Wolfson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition at Escalent since May 2019, Shelly has held multiple leadership roles including VP of Global Talent Acquisition and VP HR for North America. Prior to Escalent, Shelly was the Director of HR/Talent Acquisition at Market Strategies International Limited from 2006 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing internal job postings and evaluating candidates. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Minacs USA and a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Ann Arbor SHRM Chapter. Shelly's career began at The Arbor Consulting Group, where foundational HR skills were developed through internships and consulting assignments. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Northwest Missouri State University.
