Sonam Singh is an accomplished professional in talent management with significant experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Talent Management at Escalent since November 2019, Sonam has previously held the position of Manager of Talent Management in the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Jubilant Agri & Consumer Products Ltd. as Assistant Manager in Talent Management, Subros Limited as Sr. Officer in HR, and Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited as a Management Trainee in Human Resources. Sonam possesses practical experience in a 360-degree performance review methodology and has broad exposure to manufacturing processes, safety practices, and EHS and OHSAS standards. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Lucknow.
