Michael Alter

Michael Alter is a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship and Adjunct Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business since September 2016, and also serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence. In addition to academic roles, Michael Alter is currently the Chairman of EDITED and holds various board member positions at companies including Vanco, First Stop Health, Pippin Title, Escalon Services, and Dynamic Connections. Michael Alter was also the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman at Vanco. Previously, Michael Alter served as a board member for Noble Rock Acquisition Corp and Quevos, and has extensive experience in the business sector with a strong focus on entrepreneurship and technology. Michael Alter earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
