Thomas Efstathiu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and entrepreneurship. As a Founding Partner at ViaLyber since August 2019, Thomas is integral to the firm’s philosophy of offering diverse options in consulting services. Concurrently, Thomas serves as a Co-Founder of Khi, le Pressé d'Olives Vertes, a micro-production of premium artisan olive oil in northern Greece, which has been operational since January 2017.
