Robert Walters

Robert Walters has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Robert started their career in the US Navy as a Financial Storekeeper, where they were responsible for fuel reconciliation and implemented an efficient filing system. After leaving the Navy, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Weiss Research, generating sales for investment advisory services. Robert then transitioned to a leadership role as Team Leader at Novastar Financial, where they exceeded monthly revenue goals and trained new hires. Following this, they served as a Financial Service Representative at SunTrust, achieving top performance and tripling sales goals. Robert then entered the healthcare industry as a Continuous Improvement Management Intern at CIGNA, restructuring procedures and improving efficiency. Robert further expanded their expertise in operations management as the Director of Operations at Ziziki's Mediterranean Restaurant. Prior to this, they were the General Manager at Komali Restaurant. In 2013, they joined ESCFederal as a Vice President, overseeing operations and business development for Texas. Robert was later promoted to Senior Vice President, where they focused on client relationships and business opportunities in the Central United States.
