John Trotti is currently the VP and Global Legal Director at Escode, where they lead a diverse legal team across multiple countries to manage commercial agreements and address compliance issues. Previously, at Iron Mountain, John managed the Legal Team for the Intellectual Property Management division and notably improved contract review times by over 50%. They also served as the General Counsel at Monarch Computer Systems, establishing the legal department and negotiating multimillion-dollar agreements. John began their career in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where they coordinated communications for a tank company and a Marine wing support squadron. They are pursuing degrees from the University of South Carolina, Emory University School of Law, and Mercer University.
