Escola Mundo Dev, formerly BugFix, is a mentorship school for Brazilian developers who want to grow their careers with direction, support, and practice — not by winging it.

With over 5 years in the market, more than 1,300 developers have already gone through our career acceleration programs. Our students have landed opportunities at companies like Amazon, OpenAI, Uber, iFood, Pinterest, Mercado Livre, Disney+, PicPay, and others.

Here you don't buy a recorded course to watch on your own and figure things out alone. Each dev goes through a diagnosis, gets an evolution path based on their current moment, and is closely supported with weekly check-ins, career guidance, applied AI, and recurring English sessions.

We have two paths:

MD Start — for junior and mid-level devs who need clarity, growth, and direction to take the next step in their careers.

MD Club — for senior devs who want to position themselves better, earn more, and reach better opportunities in Brazil or abroad.

What sets Mundo Dev apart is the support. You're not left alone consuming content: there's someone watching your progress every week, adjusting the route with you, and helping you move forward with more clarity.
