Nikhil Kumar is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior Manager of HR at Escorts Kubota Limited. With a background in organization development and performance management, Nikhil has previously held roles at UPL as a Human Resources Business Partner and at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited as a Deputy Manager of HR.
