Deb Carpenter

Deb Carpenter has extensive experience in business analysis and application development, currently serving as a Business Analyst III at eScreen since April 2010. In this role, Deb leads projects related to web-based customer program management tools, custom data integrations, and health management systems, while also facilitating quarterly project prioritization. Previously, Deb held the position of Sr Requirements Manager at YRC, contributing to business process documentation and leading a company-wide data conversion project. At Yellow Transportation, Deb served as a Sr Applications Analyst for both the Customer Experience and Tracking teams, providing on-call support and leading cross-functional projects. Early career roles included Software Engineer III at Sprint and Programmer Analyst at Argus Health Systems. Deb holds an Associates in Applied Science in Electronic Data Processing from Lincoln Land Community College.
