Ruediger Brass has over 20 years of experience in various sales and consulting roles. Ruediger started their career as a Consultant at Nova Plast GmbH in 1996 before moving on to become a Principal Consultant at eLoyalty in 1997. In 2002, they joined HBC Consulting as a Managing Consultant. In 2004, Ruediger became the Head of Sales at E&E information consultants AG, where they successfully established the company as a leading enterprise document composition software provider in the DACH SAP HCM market. Ruediger also initiated and developed a network of sales, implementation, and product partners. In 2011, Ruediger transitioned to Pitney Bowes Software as a Client Director, a role they held until 2018. Ruediger is currently the Head of Sales at ESCRIBA AG, a position they have held since October 2018.
Ruediger Brass completed their education with a focus on International Business. In 1995, they attended the Darla Moore School of Business and earned an IMBA degree in International Business.
