Tim Gilker

Tim Gilker is a seasoned professional in the mortgage lending industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Chairman at EscrowTab since May 2016 and Vice President at Peoples Mortgage Company since March 2010, Tim has played a pivotal role in leadership and operations within these organizations. Prior to these roles, Tim founded and led HomeRun Financial, which merged with Peoples Mortgage Company in 2010. Earlier career experience includes serving as Operations Director at The Associates Financial Services and as a Loan Originator at Rock Financial. Tim holds a degree from Western Michigan University, completed in 1990, and is licensed as an LO in multiple states.
