Mayur Borse

Mayur Borse is a Learning and Development Specialist currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Learning & Development at ESDS Software Solution Limited. They have developed and implemented organizational learning strategies, conducted training needs assessments, and designed various training programs using diverse methodologies. Prior to this role, Mayur held positions as an Assistant Manager for Learning Development at Armstrong Dematic and a Senior Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at Guru Gobind Singh Foundation. They also have experience as a Planning Engineer at Jyoti Structures Ltd. Mayur holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from North Maharashtra University, along with an MBA in Operations and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
